How long will it take to get my mattresses?

You should receive your Idle mattresses within 4-10 business days depending upon where you are located. Idle mattress ship directly to you via UPS Ground. Why should I care that my mattresses is 2-sided?

It’s a fact that the comfort foams in mattresses are what break down 1st. You may be replacing your current mattress because it is sagging and has body impressions. If you were able to spin & flip your mattress it would have lasted much longer, by giving foams time to rest and fully recover.
Manufacturers started making 1-sided mattresses to save money. Idle mattresses have twice the amount of premium foams and fabric required to make most one sided mattresses, but we sell Idle mattresses for a similar price.

Do Idle mattresses have off gassing?

How do the mattresses feel? What is the difference between the mattresses for feel?

The Hybrid:

The hybrid uses a foam that is similar feeling to memory foam, except it is much faster responding, easier to adjust positions on and sleeps cooler. It provides very good pressure relief while not giving you a “stuck feeling” like traditional memory foam can.

The Medium: The medium will be around a 6-6.5 out of 10 with 10 being the firmest. We start them just a bit on the firmer side to allow break in. This option is preferred by 80% of people and loved by combo sleepers who sleep in all positions and is the best option for side sleepers.

The Luxury Firm: The Luxury Firm is rather firm. It is around a 8.5-9 out of 10. This is liked by stomach and back sleepers most. You need to like firm. Heavier sleepers (350lbs or more) sometimes also like to choose this option as well.

The Latex Hybrid:

Latex has more support and a springier feel. You will experience more of a sleeping “on” the mattress vs. “in” the mattress. Which makes it very easy to adjust positions and latex tends to sleep the coolest of any foam.

The Latex Hybrid uses all natural Dunlop latex.

What is the difference between the hybrid and latex hybrid?

The Difference in Construction:

The main difference is one is all natural and one uses CERTiPUR Poly Foams

The latex mattress is made with all natural materials. The cover is organic cotton, the fire barrier is wool and the foam is Dunlop latex which is made from pure latex serum, or sap, which is tapped from beneath the bark of the rubber tree. The sap is harvested, whipped into a froth, then baked into sheets in huge steam molds.

The Difference in Feel:

The latex will have more of a sleeping “on” the mattress feel since latex is has more of a springy feel. This also means it’s very supportive. The hybrid will have a little more body hug and pressure relief.
